Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek, an American actress from America. She is known for portraying Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 film White Chicks Danielle Brooks in the USA Network television series Covert Affairs Dr. Amber Volakis on the Fox series House Lura Grant from the HBO series Big Love and Francine Hanson on the AMC show Mad Men. Anne Dudek has gained fame for her work as an American actor for her role as Tiffany Wilson in White Chicks the 2004 comedic film. Also, she is well-known for her roles on television as The Dr. Amber Volakis in Fox's sitcom House Danielle Brookson in USA Network's drama Covert Affairs and Lura Grant in HBO's drama Big Love. Dudek grew up in Massachusetts and was a student at Northwestern University. Her first part as an actor was as a character in The Iphigenia Cycle, a show at the University. After the Broadway run, she went to New York City and won the Joseph E.Calloway Award. American Theater Magazine named Dudek one of the ten promising young actors to watch. Dudek landed roles both on television and big-screen. From 2008 to 2016, the talented actress got married to Matthew Heller. Dudek was born in Boston Massachusetts in 1975 and born in Newton. She was a student at Northwestern University in her early days, and was in a variety of theatre productions as well as on Broadway making her debut in the latter on Wrong Mountain in 2000. The performance in 2000 as The Glass Menagerie won her the Connecticut Critics Circle Award. The Book Group was the first British drama comedy she was a part of. Since then, she has guest-starred on a range of series, like Desperate Houswives, Charmed bones Numb3rs and Six Feet Under How I Met Your Mother. The pilot episode of Psych she appeared as Lucinda, and on Law & Order Criminal Intent the female teacher who was having a sexual relationship to a student. Dudek later landed a frequent part on House starting in the fourth season as Amber Volakis, one of the forty doctors under consideration for consideration by House, Dr. Gregory House for permanent positions in his team. The character of Amber Volakis kept appearing throughout the entire series until it was finally killed off at the end in House's Heart. Later, she would reappear in the show's episode Saviors in Season 5 as House's hallucination. The character continued to be seen as House for the remainder of the series. Dudek was later seen in the role of Francine as the neighbor next door in Mad Men and as Alby's antagonistic wife on Big Love. Dudek was featured in Covert Affairs as Danielle Brooks, the sister to the main character. She also has appeared in films playing the part of the heir to the cruise line Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 comedy White Chicks and also played Anthony Hopkins's daughter in The Human Stain.
